Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused
The product must be in its original condition
The hair must not be washed, cut, or altered in any way
The original packaging and tags must be intact

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following situations:
The product has a manufacturing defect
You received a different product than ordered

Exchange Policy
The product can be exchanged for another item of the same price
If you choose a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method
The refund process takes 5 to 7 business days after the product is received
